On 14.04.2025, a meeting was held to revise/update the Department Quality Assurance and Accreditation – Department Committees.

At the relevant meeting, it was planned to initiate the TDE2025A01 regarding the Revision/Update of the Department Quality Assurance, Accreditation, and Department Committees, taking into consideration the principle of equal and voluntary distribution of duties.

It was discussed that Assist. Prof. Dr. Sevgi Dal, who has recently been appointed to our department, should take part in the Department Quality Assurance and Accreditation Committee in order to contribute to the academic and administrative functioning of the department.

The membership of the Horizontal Transfer and Adaptation Committee and the coordination of the Department Social Responsibility Committee have been assigned to Assist. Prof. Dr. Sevgi Dal.

It was deemed appropriate that the Bologna Coordination be jointly carried out by two faculty members: Assist. ProfDr. Nalan Şenata and Assist. Prof. Dr. Sevgi Dal.

Emphasizing the importance of ensuring sustainability in the department’s functioning by having student mobility and external relations managed by a single academic staff member:

It was decided that the Farabi Coordination, previously managed by Research Assistant Enes Doğanalp, and the Mevlana Coordination, previously managed by Assist. Prof. Dr. Nalan Şenata, would both be carried out by the department’s Erasmus+ Coordinator, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Halil Sercan Koşik.

It was agreed that the coordination of alumni relations in the department would continue to be carried out by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Halil Sercan Koşik.

The number of internal and external stakeholders of the department has been increased.
